# Ledgermere

> Ledgermere is a fixed-fee bookkeeping firm for property managers and small businesses in the US and UK. It does monthly bookkeeping and catch-up bookkeeping inside the client's own Buildium, QuickBooks Online or Xero account, reconciles every bank, card and trust account to its statement, and closes the books on a date agreed each month. If a close is late, that month is free.

Key facts, checked 26 October 2026:

- Buildium pricing: $450 a month up to 100 units, $850 for 101 to 300, $1,450 for 301 to 600. Buildium catch-up from $250 per month behind, minimum $750.
- QuickBooks Online and Xero pricing: $250 a month up to 100 transactions, $400 for 101 to 250, $900 up to 400 with a 13-week cash forecast. Catch-up from $150 per month behind, minimum $450.
- No hourly billing, no setup fee, no contract. Fixed fee in writing, fixed for twelve months.
- Turnaround: monthly close on an agreed date; up to 12 months of catch-up closed within 14 working days of access; replies within one working day.
- Guarantees: late close is free; accounts tie to the cent or the fix and the month are free; first month refunded within 30 days.
- Services: trust account and three-way reconciliation, owner statements, 1099 preparation, VAT and Making Tax Digital records, software migrations, QuickBooks cleanup.
- Not included: income tax returns, payroll processing, paying bills on the client's behalf. Ledgermere is not a CPA firm and does not prepare or file income tax returns.
- Access: a user in the client's own software, never the bank login; NDA and data processing agreement signed before access.
